Dispatch and Delivery

We dispatch orders globally from our Manchester warehouse Monday to Friday.

Any next day orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Please see our dispatch details below:

* Website orders received by 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.
* Website orders received after 15:00 Monday to Friday may be dispatched same day, but more likely the following day.
* Multi-box trade account orders will be picked, packed and dispatched within two business days.
* It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a full and correct postal address. We regret that we cannot replace or refund undelivered orders due to inaccurate addressing.

UK Delivery Lead Time

Our UK Mainland carrier services include Next Day Delivery or delivery within 3 to 7 working days depending on the delivery method selected at checkout. Please note that whilst we guarantee to ship on time, we cannot guarantee that the carrier(s) will deliver on time particularly, for next day services.

By using our service you accept that we are not responsible for late delivery and you can not ask us for a partial or full refund for the delivery charge.

UK Free Delivery.
When we offer free UK mainland shipping. This free service will be 3 to 7 days and not require a signature. If you use free shipping you must accept that the lead time will be longer than a paid service and the order will not be insured. 

Europe Delivery Lead Time

European orders will be dispatched on 3 to 7 Day service. Delivery may take up to 10 days dependant on the shipping service purchased during checkout. European orders will be subject to local sales tax and possibly customs fees. The buyer is responsible for payment of these charges.

USA, Canada and the Rest of World (ROW) Delivery lead times

USA, Canada, and ROW orders will be delivered between 3 to 14 days lead time dependant on the shipping service purchased during checkout. USA, Canada and the Rest of World (ROW) orders will be subject to local sales tax and possibly customs fees. The buyer is responsible for payment of these charges.

All orders will require an adult signature at point of delivery
