Dispatch and Delivery

We dispatch orders globally from our Manchester warehouse Monday to Friday.

Please see our dispatch details below:

* Website orders received by 3:30PM Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.

* Website orders received after 3:30PM Monday to Friday may be dispatched same day, but more likely the following day.

* Trade account orders containing multiple shipping boxes will be picked, packed and dispatched within two business days

UK Delivery Lead Time

Our UK Mainland carrier services include Next Day delivery or delivery within 3 Working Days depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Europe Delivery Lead Time

European orders will be delivered with between 3 and 21 days lead time dependant on the shipping service purchased during checkout. European orders will be subject to local sales tax and possibly customs fees. The buyer is responsible for payment of these.

USA, Canada and the Rest of World (ROW) Delivery lead times

USA, Canada and ROW orders will be delivered with between 3 and 21 days lead time dependant on the shipping service purchased during checkout. USA, Canada and the Rest of World (ROW) orders will be subject to local sales tax and possibly customs fees. The buyer is responsible for payment of these.

All orders will require an adult signature at point of delivery
