1. Clean and dry eyelids.
2. Line eyes with Dual Glue Eyeliner, just like a regular eyeliner. Apply additional layers for greater hold.
3. Apply lashes immediately along eyeliner from corner to corner and press down to secure for 2-3 seconds to let the liner dry.
How to remove
1. Soak a cotton pad with an oil-based remover
2. Place cotton pad on eyes and let soak for 30 seconds
3. Gently wipe from inner to outer corner until eyeliner is removed
Suggestion:
Keep cap closed immediately after use as it can dry the product up if opened for 1-2 minutes. Avoid keeping this product in extremely cold or hot temperatures.
