Cleanse face and pat dry. Thoroughly wet nose with water. Using dry hands, remove strip from sachet and peel strip off plastic lining. Apply strip (smooth side down) over nose. Allow strip to dry for 10-15 minutes, or until completely stiff. Gently peel away strip from edges to centre. Wash off remaining residue.
