Dust on with a loose powder brush or go for the full-bake by applying a light layer with sponge on under eyes, forehead and above the jaw line and then dusting away to reveal a brightened highlight.

To set foundation all over, lightly sweep the baking powder all over face with a fluffy powder brush.
To bake and brighten, apply a thin layer of powder with a makeup sponge in areas you desire to brighten such as underneath the eyes, above the jawline and centre of forehead. "Bake" for 2 minutes and sweep away powder with powder brush.
